Vinyasa Yoga utilizes sun salutations, standing poses, core work, inversions, seated poses, and final relaxation with meditation. The Vinyasa practice is characterized by movement matched to the breathe. This style is also known as Vinyasa Flow because of the smooth way that the poses transition to one another in what is known as a ‘moving meditation’.
